June 4th… A Most Notable Day…

Greetings and Salutations!
So… it’s June 4th… Notable for a couple of things.
I know we all know about Saint Marvin of the Killdozer… but did you ALSO know that the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989 happened on June 4th, as well that this date marks the passing of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote in the U.S, leading us on a serious downward spiral that we have yet to reach the bottom of.

Seriously.
When we gave them the ability to vote, we pretty much metaphorically cut our own throats so to speak.

But anyways.
I’m, on the last three episodes of Andor tonight. The Ghorman Massacre was crazy AF but the follow on with Mon Mothma’s escape and the whole ‘who do you trust’ underlying the escape was exceptionally well done. I’m looking forward to finishing it, and then watching Rogue One.

I never got to see Rogue One as that was the Summer of my disastrous divorce and encounter with the Authorities. I had too much on my mind than to go watch a flick.

And then Disney Star Wars under Kennedy came around and shat all over the place like a Donkey with Diarrhea further causing me to distance myself from the whole of the Star Wars Universe… I mean there have been some good things like maybe a few episodes of The Mandalorian, but for the most part? I’m in the “Han Shot First” crew and the “Death to Jar Jar” fan club.

So I’m off to cook dinner and then binge out for the rest of the night. I did gather a great selection of memes, some of which H/T to WiscoDave, so enjoy!
